Transfer/Withdrawal/Credit Policies -

Why REVOLUTION3 Triathlon and ATP Productions is different:
ATHLETE TRANSFER POLICY
REVOLUTION3 Triathlon is different from other events in that we will allow transfer of registration if handled according to the policy outlined: Transfer MUST take place by May 1, 2009 in writing and submitted to: transfer@REV3tri.com / If you contact us with all necessary information including your name, DOB, address, e-mail along with all necessary information of the athlete you are transferring to, we will grant your request. New athletes must also fill out proper registration forms and waivers.
From May 2nd forward however, transfers will not be allowed. Thereafter you are subject to the standard policy outlined below. Entry fees or event participation is not transferable to another person as this is considered fraud by USAT. If you sell or give your race slot away, both you and the person using the race slot are subject to a 2 year suspension from racing at any USAT or ATP Production Race.
ATHLETE WITHDRAW
If you wish to withdraw from the REVOLUTION3 Triathlon Half after March 31st you may receive an event credit to a future REVOLUTION3 Triathlon Event. You must notify us in writing via e-mail (cancel@REV3tri.com) or Fax: (571-281-4443) of your intent to withdraw and meet one of the following scenarios.
- (1) If for any reason, you notify All Things Possible Productions (ATP) more than 30 days prior to the start of an event weekend of your withdraw you will receive a 50% credit towards a future ATP Event. This credit only covers the race entry fee. USAT one day passes, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included with your credit.
- (2) If you have a MEDICAL Reason, you will need to provide a signed doctors letter advising us that you are not able to compete. This letter must be received by ATP Productions 14 days prior to the event weekend in order for you to receive your 50% race event credit. This credit only covers the race entry fee. USAT one day passes, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included in your credit.
EXTENUATIONG CIRCUMSTANCES
- (3) If you have an injury or a member of your immediate family has a death or a medical emergency and it is within 14 days of the scheduled event yet greater than 72 hours prior to the event, you will need to notify us in writing. The race director will consider each request on a case by case basis for future ATP event credit.
