What does the race fee include?

In addition to being able to compete in one of the most dynamic races in the world, your entry fee also includes the following:

Why REVOLUTION3 Triathlon and ATP Productions is different:

ATHLETE TRANSFER POLICY

REVOLUTION3 Triathlon is different from other events in that we will allow transfer of registration if handled according to the policy outlined:  Transfer MUST take place by March 31st, 2010 in writing and submitted to:  info@REV3tri.com / If you contact us with all necessary information including your name, DOB, address, e-mail along with all necessary information of the athlete you are transferring to, we will grant your request.  New athletes must also fill out proper registration forms and waivers.

From April 8th 2011 forward however, transfers will not be allowed.  Thereafter you are subject to the standard policy outlined below.  Entry fees or event participation is not transferable to another person.  If you sell or give your race slot away, both you and the person using the race slot are subject to a 2 year suspension from racing at any USAT or ATP Production Race.

ATHLETE WITHDRAW

If you wish to withdraw from the REVOLUTION3 Triathlon Knoxville Event, you may receive an event credit to a future REVOLUTION3 Triathlon Event. The event transfer is valid for the next year’s event only.  You must notify us in writing via e-mail (info@REV3tri.com) or Fax: (571-281-4443) of your intent to withdraw and meet one of the following scenarios.

• (1)  If for any reason, you notify ATP Productions (ATP) more than 30 days prior to the start of an event weekend of your withdraw you will receive a 100% credit towards a future ATP Event.  This credit only covers the race entry fee.  USAT one day passes, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included with your credit.
• (2)  If you have a MEDICAL Reason, you will need to provide a signed doctors letter advising us that you are not able to compete.  This letter must be received by ATP Productions 14 days prior to the event weekend in order for you to receive your race event credit.  This credit only covers the race entry fee.  USAT one day passes, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included in your credit.
