First impressions say a lot. Right? If you want a slam dunk (sorry for the March Madness reference), you need to do some research on a not so well know triathlete named Helle Frederiksen. While she is new to the US market, she is well known in her native Denmark.
I guess you might say, “so tell me about this first impression.” Let me give you a few words that come to mind: professionalism, committed, determined, self-driven, focused, funny, and passionate.
Don’t let me steal her thunder, I’ll let you be the judge. Tune in and ask her questions on this Wednesday, March 27th. I can’t wait for you to meet Helle. She might just be the next star at REV3 Triathlon.

About Helle Frederiksen
Helle has her roots in swimming, At the age of 5 Helle had already started to swim. By the time Helle had turned 12 she had been selected for Denmark’s National Swimming Squad where she stayed on the squad until she turned 18. Helle spent the next 6 years out of elite sport; she kept herself in shape as a spinning instructor, studied Sports Science and also worked as a freelance model.
In August 2004 Helle was persuaded into competing in a women’s sprint distance Triathlon. In January of 2006, while taking time out from her studies in Australia, Helle made the decision that she wanted to pursue a career in Triathlon. She then set about returning to Denmark, completing her education and seeing what triathlon had to offer. 2008 was to be Helle’s international breakthrough year with 3 victories at ETU European Cups and a 5th place finish at an ITU World Cup.
Helle is now well established as one of Europe’s top female triathletes with a number of European Cup podium finishes and also a World Cup podium finish to her name. Helle is now focused and committed to establish herself as one of the Word’s top female triathletes.
A London 2012 Olympian Helle remains at the forefront of Elite Triathlon racing.
