Where is the best place to drop Athletes off on race morning?
The best place to drop athletes is at the Rev3 Expo at Branson Landing (100 Branson Landing Blvd, Branson, MO 65616). From there your athlete can set up their T2 area and then take a shuttle to T1/Swim Start.
Where is Athlete and Spectator Parking?
We recommend all athletes park at T2/Expo (Branson Landing) on Sunday morning. From there you can ride one of our courtesy buses to the event start (Moonshine Beach). You will board the busses at Branson Landing Blvd., next to Belk Department store (North end of Branson Landing). Please do not park in any areas surrounded by orange cones – or your car may be towed
Buses will run from 4:30am – 9:00am or until the last spectators are picked up (continuous loop from Branson Landing to Moonshine Beach and back). Please do not wait to board buses, please board buses as soon as possible to allow everyone to arrive in plenty of time. Spectators are welcome to ride buses, but we ask that you give athletes priority.
There is no parking is available at Moonshine Beach (Transition 1/Race Start).
How can I track my athlete:
We will have multiple timing maps on the bike and run course. When your athlete crosses these mats their splits are sent to our servers in real time. You may stop by the Rev3 Timing Trailer (located in the Expo) at any time on race day to look for your athletes splits. 3 Separate computers with 40 inch screens will be available for all spectators to use. If you are not watching on site friends and families can still tune in at www.rev3tri.com and click the RESULTS link so get updates from your athlete.
Do we have access to any post race activities:
The finish line will be the place to be! We will have post race food for athletes. Vendors will be available for spectators to purchase food.
Where will medical tents be located?
Medical tents will be located at the Finish line. Please see any Rev3 volunteer or STAFF member for more information and look for the red flag that says Medical.
