Where can I find a map of the race course?

Swim/Bike/Run courses are available in the COURSE section of the web site.

Will I be allowed into the medical tent to look for my athlete if they have not arrived at our meeting destination?

The Medical Tent is highly congested and spectators will not be allowed in. There will be a Medical Information Tent next to the Medical Tent where medical updates will be available on athletes who enter the Medical Tent. Please, be patient with the Medical Information Volunteers, updates will be posted as soon as they are received.

Will I be allowed into the finish line area to greet my athlete?

Please do not try to gain access to this area, as it must remain clear for the safety of the athletes. Before the event, you and your athlete should decide on a meeting place for after they have finished.

What is the host hotel and how do I find other lodging information?

Refer to the TRAVEL menu.


Where can I find a map of the race course?

Swim/Bike/Run courses are available in the COURSE menu of the web site.

Where will the aid stations be and what will be available?

Aid stations are approximately a mile apart on the run and every 10 miles on the bike. Nutrition available will be determined by Sponsor and updated accordingly.

How do I sign up?

Go to the SIGN UP tab located on the REV3 Knoxville Home Page. This will direct you to our active.com site where you can register.

Are there ways to enter besides general entry?

There will be a limited number of Charity spots available. Details on the program are being finalized.  If you are interested in this option, please contact LJ@rev3tri.com for further information.

What is the latest date that I can withdraw and still get a partial refund?

All withdrawal/policy information is available under the SIGN UP menu.

What is the schedule of events race week?

Go to SCHEDULE under the ATHLETE menu.

Do we have to check in our bikes before race day?

Yes, please check the SCHEDULE under the ATHLETE menu for exact times.

Can I take my car on the race course to watch my athlete?

No, for safety reasons we ask that you do not attempt to follow your athlete by car. The best place to watch your athlete is near the swim start, by the transition area and at Expo & finish line. Any vehicular traffic on the race course should expect long delays. Please do not attempt to gain access to the race course with your vehicle. We want to keep the course as safe as possible for the athletes.

What roads will be closed to traffic on race day?

Refer to the NEWS page frequently for road closures updates.


Is there anywhere to eat on site race day?

There are numerous options within the park and minutes outside of the park downtown.  Stay tuned for more details.

What are the hours of operation for Cedar Point Amusement Park?

September 9-11 operating hours:

  • Fri 9/9: 6p-10p
  • Sat 9/10: Noon-10p
  • Sun 9/11: Noon-8p

How do I get tickets to Cedar Point?

Park tickets will be available for purchase through Cedar Point & Rev3.
For athletes staying on property you will be able to buy tickets at your hotel.
For athletes not staying on property, you will be able to purchase tickets at our Rev3 Expo.

Park tickets are NOT included in the price of entry.  Discounted tickets will be available for athletes and their families.
