There will be a board next to the Registration Tent that will have everyone’s name and bib number on it. You will need to look up your bib number before getting your packet.
Once you have you bib number you can get in line at the registration tent to pick up your packet.
Athlete check in and packet pick up will be on:
- Friday May 3, 2013 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Saturday May 4, 2012 10:00am to 6:00pm
There will be NO race day check in.
Please be sure to bring photo identification with you to receive your packets. Please bring your USAT card to show proof of current USAT membership or $12 to purchase a one-day license. If you are a USAT member and forget your card you will be required to sign the USAT wavier and purchase a one-day license. If you are a professional athlete you are required to submit proof of professional status at check-in.
**All Relays** You MUST check in as a team. You will not be allowed to check in for other members of your relay. This is to ensure the entire team fills out the correct waivers.
If you do not check in during the designated hours you will not be able to race.
At Check In you will receive the following:
- Athlete Wristband
- Race Number Stickers and Bib
- Swim Cap
- Course Maps
- Race Number Tattoo
- Swim to Bike Bag- The run from Swim Exit to Transition is 0.3 miles. We will have a designated shoe drop at the swim exit so you can have shoes to run from swim exit to transition. You can pick up a Swim to Bike bag during packet pick up. You will need to mark your bag with your number and then you can stage it at swim exit on race morning. All shoes will need to be staged by 7:00am on race morning.
You will then need to go to the TIMING TRAILER to pick up your timing chip. If you do not have a chip you will not be able to race.
You will go to the retail tent to pick up your SWAG Bag. In your SWAG bag you will find you participant visor and other goodies from our sponsors.
