There will be a board next to the Registration Tent that will have everyone’s name and bib number on it. You will need to look up your bib number before getting your packet.
Once you have your bib number you can get in line at the registration tent to pick up your packet.
Athlete check in and packet pick up will be on:
- Friday May 16, 2014 from 3:00pm – 7:00pm
- Saturday May 17, 2014 from 10:00am – 6:00pm
There will be NO race day check in.
Please be sure to bring photo identification with you to receive your packets. Please bring your USAT card to show proof of current USAT membership or $12 to purchase a one-day license. If you are a USAT member and forget your card you will be required to sign the USAT wavier and purchase a one-day license. If you are a professional athlete you are required to submit proof of professional status at check-in.
**All Relays** You MUST check in as a team. You will not be allowed to check in for other members of your relay. This is to ensure the entire team fills out the correct waivers.
If you do not check in during the designated hours you will not be able to race.
At Check In you will receive the following:
- Athlete Wristband
- Race Number Stickers and Bib
- Swim Cap
- Course Maps
- Race Number Tattoo
You will then need to go to the TIMING TRAILER to pick up your timing chip and verify all of your athlete information. If you do not have a chip you will not be able to race.
You will go to the retail tent to pick up your SWAG Bag. In your SWAG bag you will find you participant shirt and other goodies from our sponsors.
