SPACE ASSIGNMENTS
Each space includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs. The Revolution 3 Triathlon, at its sole discretion, will assign exhibitors spaces. Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the perimeter of the space assigned and may not obstruct walkways, general view and other exhibitors. This provision will be strictly enforced. Any special set-up or construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting or sharing of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use any other space for any reason without prior written approval by The Revolution 3 Triathlon.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Exhibitors MUST remain open at all times during the Expo hours.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Exhibitors are prohibited from selling, serving, or distributing any food or drinks without prior written approval from The Revolution 3 Triathlon.
FIRE, SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS
Exhibitors shall comply with all local, city, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations. Exhibitors are responsible for all fire precautions.
PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS
Products with the Revolution 3 Triathlon logo, name, etc. shall not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval. Management reserves the right to restrict and/or remove any product or person it, at its sole discretion, deems objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, products, objects, or persons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.
INCIDENTALS AND SHIPPING
Exhibitors are responsible for all incidental expenses incurred with the park (Examples include: utilities – electric, water, and phone). Any of the above services, must be pre-arranged with Laura Mount, laura@rev3tri.com. Exhibitors are responsible for all transportation of equipment, materials, parking, etc. Management will not accept any freight from any exhibitor or freight company.
SECURITY
Security will be provided at all times during load-in and load out, and overnight . The Revolution 3 Triathlon shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.
