Experience the action and excitement of Rev3 by taking on the 1.2-mile Tennessee River swim course. Sunday, May 22, 2016.
On race morning swimmers will assemble at Volunteer Landing and enter the swim course from the docks at Calhoun’s Restaurant. There will be a 10-minute warm up period prior to the start. Athletes will swim the first 650-meters up-river before rounding the buoys and heading for the exit point at the Lady Vols Rowhouse across from Neyland Stadium. The top 3 overall male/female as well as first place in each age-group will be recognized on-stage at the Rev3 Awards Ceremony in World’s Fair Park. Each athlete will also receive all the benefits the Rev3 Expo has to offer including the backyard barbecue themed post-race meal, 2-complimentary beers (for those 21 and over), rocking music, wii-dance party, kids zone inflatable obstacle course, and a festival atmosphere.

USMS registration is required of all participants 18-Over. USS registration is required for all U18 participants. A copy of the swimmer’s current registration must be submitted with the official entry form. A USMS One-Day registration can be purchased for $20 during the registration process.
Entry Fee is $35. USMS One-Day registration is $20, if applicable.
Entries must be received by May 21, 2016.

There will be no race day packet pick-up.
Race start is at 7:15 AM at Volunteer Landing at 400 Neyland Drive.
Swimmers must wear the colored swim cap provided. Water temperature is expected to be 67-72 degrees. There will be a 1hr10m time limit strictly enforced with wave starts of 150 athletes or less. A pre-race safety meeting will be held Saturday, May 21 at 1:30 p.m. and again at 4pm at World’s Fair Park Performance Lawn
2016 USMS swim rules apply. Swimmers choosing to wear a wet suit will not be eligible for awards or official placing in the results due to the competitive advantage wet suits provide.
Awarded to top 3-overall winners in each gender as well as first place winners of each age group and gender. Ages groups are 18 – 24, 25 – 29, and so on in 5 year increments. Awards will be given out on stage at the Rev3 Expo in World’s Fair Park at 11:30am
T-shirts will be given to each participant.
A post race meal and two complimentary beers (for those 21 and over) will be provided to each participant
