  • 0.9mi – Turn right onto Portland Ave
  • 2.54mi – Turn left onto Milliken Mills Rd
  • 2.65mi – Turn right onto Eastern Trail (Scarborough)
  • 3.1 mi – Turn around point
  • 3.4mi - Turn left onto Milliken Mills Rd
  • 3.6mi - Turn right onto Portland Ave
  • 5mi - Turn left onto Walnut St
  • 5.8mi - Turn right onto Milliken St

Safety Plan/Policy:

All athletes are required to wear race numbers at all times during the run:

  • Numbers clearly visible at all times
  • Numbers may not be cut or folded or altered in any way
  • Numbers designated to other other athletes make not be used

Penalty: Variable time penalty for missing or altered number, Disqualification and membership in USAT for transferring a number without race director permission.

Audio players are not to be carried or worn at any time during the race:

  • ear buds, headphones, headsets
  • walkmans, ipods, mp3 players
  • any personal audio devices

Penalty: Variable time penalty

All personal equipment and belongings taken out onto the course must stay on the athlete the entire time. No garbage, clothing, etc. shall be thrown on the course.
