At 70.3 miles, the REV3 Triathlon will be Ryan’s longest race of the season. To reach his goal of finishing in less than five hours, he’ll have to overcome GI issues that have plagued him during his last two races. GSSI has developed a race day fueling plan, but his on-course performance will reveal whether he’s been able to train his body to accept the amount of fuel and fluids needed to go the distance.
