Guide around town

Welcome to the fourth annual Revolution3 Quassy Triathlon in Middlebury, Connecticut.  It’s race weekend folks and athletes are starting to arrive from all over the world– the city of Middlebury is ready!  The unofficial water temp today is 67 degrees- borderline wetsuit swim for the PROs and a sure sign it’ll be a wetsuit swim for all you age groupers.  The weather should be late 60s and low 70s.  As with the last couple of years- there is a chance of showers both Saturday and Sunday- so pack accordingly!  We’ll cross our fingers for 100% sunshine.

We’ve got a stellar PRO field this weekend- fast fast athletes all competing for the their share of the $125,000 and series points that are up for grabs. Be on the lookout for Michael Lovato’s write-up on the Rev3 Quassy Pro Athlete Preview, it’s gonna be the who’s who in triathlon this weekend!

Make sure to tune into our tweets, facebook updates, athlete and family videos and blogs over the course of the weekend- our social handle is: @Rev3Tri and #Rev3Quassy and our website is: rev3tri.com.  We have a ton of things planned so make sure you’re in the know and if you can not join us this weekend, we hope to bring you along through our social media so you can “feel” a part of the excitement down here in Middlebury, CT!
