All athletes will swim in their own lane. We will line up each heat and start you with an air horn. When the air horn blows you can jump or dive into the pool. *Please note the pool is 5 feet deep, if you dive make sure you can dive shallow*

  • Athletes Ages 7-9 will swim 100 meters.
  • Athletes Ages 10-11 will swim 200 meters
  • Athletes Ages 12+ will swim 250 meters

You will need to stay in your lane while swimming. You are also responsible for counting your own laps. If you are not comfortable you are able to rest on the wall, or stand, you can even walk!  Once you are done with your swim you will hop out of the pool, place your swim gear in the bin, put on your biking gear and go!
