To better plan your race morning, the shuttle ride from T2 to T1, is approximately 20 minutes. The shuttles will run continuously from the Warhill Sports Complex to Jamestown Beach Park from 4:45am though 7:00am. Shuttles will be available for ATHLETES ONLY on race morning.We will board shuttles by race priority. Olympic athletes will board first, Half athletes will board after.  We are planning to have significantly more buses than last year to avoid long waits and lines on race morning. There will be no shuttles post race.

You will be able to drop your gear in T2 starting at 4:30am on race morning and then take the shuttle to T1. BIKES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE SHUTTLES.

T1 opens at 5:00am on race morning. Bike technicians will be available in the transition area on race morning from 5:00am to 6:30am. TRANSITION WILL CLOSE AT 6:20am for Olympic athletes and at 6:55am for Half athletes. The first wave of the Olympic will go off at 6:40am. The first wave of Age Group Half will go off at 7:05am.  Remember to bring your Rev3 timing chip, swim cap, goggles, and wetsuit.

6:40am:  Men Under 40, Clydesdale, Para- Neon Orange Caps
6:45am:  Men 40+- Neon Yellow Caps
6:50am:  Women Under 40- Neon Green Caps
6:55am:  Women 40+, Athena, Aquabike, Relays- Powder Blue Caps
7:05am:  Men 45+ – Neon Pink Caps
7:10am:  Men Under 35- Orange Caps
7:15am:  Men 35-39, Men 40-44, Clydedale- Yellow Caps
7:20am:  Women 40+, Aquabike, Relays, Para, Athena- Green Caps
7:25am:  Women Under 40- White Caps


You will not be permitted into the transition area on race day without your athlete wristband and timing chip. If you have misplaced any of these items please see the transition area director for a replacement.
